Well, I guess this is my first post. As a small preview: recently, I had the pleasure of reading an actual real-deal book from 1898. I looked everywhere in the book and online, and found that the copy I held in my hand was printed a long time ago. The title is Library of Universal History, by Israel Smith Clare. This eight volume set has been with my family since my grandmother lived in Europe. In volume one, there is a fantastic introduction by Moses Coit Tyler, a professor of American history at the turn of that century. A very learned man, he painted a fantastic saga of reasons to learn and respect the study of history. Along with some of his words, and my knowledge of health, I am combining the two into what I hope to be a fantastic repertoire of the studies of history and health; beginning with an introduction to the Six Aspects of Wellness. I hope you enjoy it.

I will write more as a continuation of this post...donate if you can!
